“Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
If we know the cost of gas has gone down but we don’t go to the gas station and put some in our car does it matter if we know the price of gas is down? Does it help up drive across town less expensively?
No, we have to know it, be willing to do something about it, then follow thru and do whatever it is we need to do to make what we know real.
Let’s talk about knowing that our thoughts and words create our lives. Just knowing this concept will not change our lives. We have to know it then start to observe our own words. Once we observe our words we have to make a conscious decision that we are going to make changes. To do that we really have to pay attention to exactly what we are saying all the time. We have to start choosing to use our words differently.
Easy? Not always. Especially when we live in a world and surround ourselves with people who do not do this. We are such creatures of habit. If we are not really focused in every minute on what we say and think we will continue to use our old words and patterns of living we know.
In order to really change our words we have to change our thoughts. We have to start seeing our lives differently than we have seen them in the past. We have to focus on the positive. Sometimes this process includes realizing we have belief systems that keep us stuck in a certain negative pattern which makes it harder for us to see our lives as positive.
Sometimes we have belief patterns we know of … sometimes we have no clue of some of our negative belief patterns. There are ways to discover negative belief patterns. The more you work on this the easier it gets.
I can help you discover your negative belief systems, teach you ways to discover them yourself and how to release them. Let me show you how!
